1:1 Coaching & Advisory

You don’t need more ideas. You need decisions that turn into action.

For women running established businesses who are carrying too many open decisions: what to change, what to stop, who to hire, how much still runs through you, and what to build next.

Three months of one-on-one advisory support. We’ll get clear on what matters most, make the decisions you’ve been putting off, and follow through until the changes hold. You’ll get my honest perspective and recommendations every step of the way.

Most goals don’t stall for lack of effort. They stall between the decision and the follow-through.

Either the decision never quite gets made, or it gets made and then slowly gets crowded out by everything else. My clients have already proven they can work hard. What they need is clarity on the call and support carrying it out. That’s where we start.

What this actually looks like

We look at the decisions in front of you, decide what deserves your energy right now, and build a plan that fits your capacity. That might mean changing an offer, making a key hire, stepping back from daily operations, or letting go of goals that made sense two years ago. Then we follow through, week by week, until the change holds.

Clear decisions, followed through, are what move a business forward.

Does this sound familiar?

You have a list of decisions you keep meaning to make, and they follow you from week to week.

You made a big decision months ago, and it still hasn’t turned into action.

Your team is capable, but decisions still find their way back to you. You know you’re the bottleneck.

Your business is doing well, and you’re still working more hours than you want to keep it there.

You’ve read the books and taken the courses. What you haven’t had is someone looking at your specific business and staying with it while you follow through.

If youโ€™re nodding (or wincing a little), youโ€™re in good company.

Most of the owners I work with are capable, organized, and successful. They’re just carrying too many open decisions at once, and too much of the follow-through on their own.

good news!

This is very fixable

Seeing where you’re stuck is the hardest part, and you’ve already done it. The rest is decisions, sequencing, and follow-through, which is exactly where I come in.

You don’t need to have it figured out before we start. You need to be ready to make some changes and stick with them.

Just for a Minute,

Real Wins, Real Women

Amy went from 60-hour weeks to a three-day schedule

“Working with Amanda helped me build not only a business that runs well but a life I actually want to live.”

Amy, founder of Winfield Property Management, was deeply involved in daily operations. Over nine months she delegated key responsibilities, trained her team to run without her constant involvement, and cut her schedule to three days a week. Then she took her first vacation in 20 years without her laptop. Her leadership team has since worked with me too.

Shanda stepped out of day-to-day operations

“I finally know I’ve done enough, even when there’s still more to do.”

Shanda owns a large healthcare company and was working 60+ hours a week. Together we built her leadership team and redesigned her schedule around her actual capacity. She hired three senior directors, stepped out of daily operations, and now has a clear plan to exit the CEO role within the next year.

Janet led her team without carrying everything herself.

โ€œWorking with Amanda has helped me prioritize what actually needs my attention and create better systems for delegating and managing my workload.โ€

Janet, CEO and co-founder of Aimtal, leads a growing marketing agency with a remote team. As the business grew, she found herself increasingly involved in daily decisions, client demands, and team management. Through our coaching, she’s strengthened delegation, established clearer expectations, and protected time for strategic work.

Greg turned a big vision into a phased plan

“Having Amanda as a thinking partner changed how we approach big goals.”

Greg runs a growing therapy practice and wanted to break ground on a new building and launch a new business. Instead of rushing in, we broke the vision into validated phases. They hit their first 90-day milestone and are on track for the next one: breaking ground.

Meet your Advisor

Hi, I’m Amanda!

For nine years I’ve helped women who run businesses make clear decisions and follow through on them. I’m the bestselling author of Why Not You?, host of the Accountable podcast, and I train leadership teams, so I see both sides: what the owner is carrying and what her team needs from her.

In our work together, I’ll bring perspective and recommendations, not just good questions. You know your business. I know how change actually sticks. We’ll make the calls together.

Are we the perfect match?

This is perfect for you if:

  • You run an established business, whether that’s just you, you with contractors, or you with a full team
  • You have decisions you’ve been putting off, or decisions that haven’t turned into action yet
  • You want honest feedback and real recommendations
  • You’re ready to make decisions and follow through on them
  • You want support that fits your real life, not a theoretical version of it

You’re not ready if:

  • You want someone to do the work for you
  • You want validation more than honest feedback
  • You’re not ready to change how you operate
  • You’re looking for a quick fix rather than changes that stick
  • You have one specific decision to work through (the Follow-Through Intensive is a better fit)

THE BELIEF BEHIND IT ALL

Your ambition isnโ€™t the problem

Growth shouldn’t require you to be involved in everything. With the right decisions, the right people, and real follow-through, you can build a business that keeps growing without taking more of you.

Common Questions

Most coaching either hands you a framework or only asks questions. I listen and I advise. We look at your specific business, I share what I’m seeing and what I’d recommend, and we decide together. My approach is grounded in behavior change, so the focus is on changes that last.

That’s one of the most common things clients say before starting here. Usually what didn’t work wasn’t specific enough to their situation. This is one-on-one work, so if something isn’t landing, we change it.

Thirty minutes, every week on Zoom. We work on what needs attention, which changes week to week depending on your business and your life. Between sessions, Voxer is there for what can’t wait.

The intensive is 30 days focused on one decision or initiative. 1:1 covers your whole business and leadership over three months, with support as things change. If you finish an intensive and want to keep going, $1,000 of your intensive fee goes toward 1:1 when you join within 30 days.

I can. Some clients bring me in for a leadership team workshop or an ongoing partnership. It’s never required, but since I already know your business, it’s often a natural next step after 1:1 support.

Apply, and I’ll review your application within 48 business hours. I’ll reply with my recommendation, a link to book an optional discovery call, and my current availability. Applying doesn’t commit you to anything.

It will. That’s part of the work, not a disruption to it. Real life doesn’t pause for coaching, and this doesn’t pretend it does.

It’s long enough for new habits and decisions to hold, not just create a burst of momentum. Most meaningful shifts start in the first few weeks, and the rest of the time makes them stick.

Still here?

That usually means something.

If you’ve read this far, part of you already knows something needs to change. The application takes five minutes, and nothing is locked in until we both decide it’s right.
