The theme of ‘do what you want/what feels right’ is apparent in my life right now. It’s so easy to get caught up in what we think we "should" do. There is nothing wrong with us for thinking this as it’s actually human-nature to do so but if we can start to recognize it, we can be better at stopping that train of thought.
