Creating Healthy Habits


Did you know it’s easier to create a new habit than it is to break and old one?

You have likely heard that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. The roots of this information comes from a book that was released in the 1960’s, Psycho-Cybernatics and has been widely quoted ever since.

But more recently, for me at least, is the revelation that it’s easier to start something new than to break and old habit. How refreshing is that?!
